لايختلف شخصا ن ان اى محافظ كلف من السيد رئبس الجمهوريه لتولى شئون محافظته او اى وزير عين بالحكومات المتتاليه الا وكان منصب كل منهم فى موقع التكليف وليس بموقع التشريف ومن هذا المنطلق نتعرض لاخطار تتهدد حياة المواطن البسيط فى حياته اليوميه

لوجود اعداد من الفئران تفوق عدد قاطنى العشوائيات من الادميين
تصورا يا ساده ان عدد الفئران فى مصر تجاوز المائة مليون فار اعلى من العدد السكانى من شعب مصر ولنا ان نتخيل مدى الخطر الذى يتهدد مصر وشعبها من وجود القوارض بهذه النسبة المرعبه
نرى ان خطر مرض الطاعون يزحف من الاراضى الليبيه والمناخ فى عشوائيات الاسكندريه وبورسعيد صالح لاستيعاب المرض بسرعة مذهله ان لم تتحرك اجهزة الطب الوقائى بالمحافظات لمكافحة القوارض والحشرات بصفه عاجله ود وريه من مبدا الوقايه خير من العلاج
من العجب العجاب ان المحافظات تمتلك الاليات والمبيدات اللازمة لمقاومة القوارض والحشرات ومنها محافطتى بورسعيد التى وعد السيد محافظها بسرعة تكليف الصحة الوقائيه بمحافظة بورسعيد بسرعة مقاومة القوارض والحشرات بعشوائيات زرزاره حتى يتم تسكين قاطنيها بوحدات سكنيه تليق بادميتهم ولكن ... ولكن... ولكن... لعل المانع خيرا حتى الان
اما عن السيد محافظ الاسكندريه فله من جوهرة مصر كل التحيه فالرجل اوفى بوعده حول مكافحة القوارض بعشوائيات ( وابور الجاز) و
الطوبجيه كما وعد سيادته بتسكين قاطنيها قبل نهاية عام 2009 ونحن ننتظر هذا الموعد لنكتب عن تسكين قاطنى العشوائيات بالاسكندريه (( عروس البحر الابيض المتوسط)) وكان الله فى عون بورسعيد (( جوهرة مصر)) وشعبها الطيب .. الباسل.. العنيد
حتى يتم التصالح بين السيد محافظ بورسعيد وبينه والعمل على حل مشاكل الغلابه التى كلف بخدمتها من قبل السيد رئيس الجمهوريه
لقد سعدت كثيرا حينما علمت ان الحكومه تنظر هذه الايام فى خطة تطوير 29 منطقه عشوائيه على مستوى الجمهوريه وهى الاخطر فى نظرها لانه من العشوائيات المعرضه للخطر من جراء وقوعها تحت تيار الضغط العالى للكهرباء او معرضه لوقوع صخره كصخرة الدويقه عليها وكان الخطر فقط على العشوائيات وليس صادر من هذه العشوائيات على المجتمع المصرى كله ...

ظاهر التى ذكرتها سابقا واهمالها من قبل الدوله صحيا وتعليميا واجتماعيا وثقافيا
لقد كرم الله مصر وشعبها فى القران الكريم واوصى بها رسولنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وذكر ان فى مصر خير اجناد الارض
والتاريخ خير شاهد منذ عهد احمس قاهر الهكسوس ولقد تميز شعب مصر على مر العصور ببطولاته حتى اكتوبر 1973 وعجز عن ان يصل لابسط حقوقه فى مسكن ادمى ورعاية صحيه وتعليميه وثقافيه من صانعى القرار فى دواوين عموم الحكومات المصريه والمحافظات

جوهرة مصر تهدى السيد محافظ بورسعيد هذا الخبر من جريدة اخبار جريئه مضمونه انه وجد عدد 250 فار بثلاجه واحده احد محلات الموارد الغذائيه والسؤال اين الطب الوقائى واين المسؤولين بالاحياء وامنوط بهم مقاومة القوارض كما وعد سيادته وكم عدد الفئران الحيه بعشوائيات زرزاره وابوعوف والخرابات والاحياء ببورسعيد ؟؟؟
الى متى يظل السيد المحافظ لا يبالى بالخطر الذى يهدد شعب بورسعيد والطاعون قاد م على حدودنا مع ليبيا الا يجب التصدى له بالاضافه الى الخطر الذى يهدد الشعب جراء انشاء النخله المعجزه التى تحوى محطة تقوية المحمول بالحديقه الدوليه بحى الضواحى؟؟؟
وان يتم معالجة مياه الصرف الصحى المنتشره بشوارع المدينه ومكافحة الباعوض ونحن بشهر يوليو ؟؟؟؟
اعتقد ان هذا لايرضى ضمير سيادته ومن واجبه القيام بالواجب المكلف به من قبل السيد محمد حسنى مبارك رئيس الجمهوريه حيال شعب بورسعيد ....
وجوهرة مصر تنتظر الاجابه من السيد المحافظ بل وشعب مصر المحروسه كله ينتظر تحرك الاجهزه المعنيه قبل ان يتسرب الطاعون الى بورسعيد ومنها الى بقية المحافظات
كما تحذر جوهرة مصر معالى محافظ بورسعيد من زحف مرض انفلونزا الخنازير الى بورسعيد وتخا طب فى معاليه ضمير الانسان كى يعد العده واتخاذ اللازم نحو مواجهة هذا الخطر القادم لا محاله مع الكم الهائل من القمامه وميا ه الصرف الصحى المتراكمه بشوارع المدينه واحيائها الشعبيه التى لا يزورها اى من معالى الوزراء وعلية القوم اللهم بلغت اللهم فاشهد

الطوبجيه كما وعد سيادته بتسكين قاطنيها قبل نهاية عام 2009 ونحن ننتظر هذا الموعد لنكتب عن تسكين قاطنى العشوائيات بالاسكندريه (( عروس البحر الابيض المتوسط)) وكان الله فى عون بورسعيد (( جوهرة مصر)) وشعبها الطيب .. الباسل.. العنيد
حتى يتم التصالح بين السيد محافظ بورسعيد وبينه والعمل على حل مشاكل الغلابه التى كلف بخدمتها من قبل السيد رئيس الجمهوريه
لقد سعدت كثيرا حينما علمت ان الحكومه تنظر هذه الايام فى خطة تطوير 29 منطقه عشوائيه على مستوى الجمهوريه وهى الاخطر فى نظرها لانه من العشوائيات المعرضه للخطر من جراء وقوعها تحت تيار الضغط العالى للكهرباء او معرضه لوقوع صخره كصخرة الدويقه عليها وكان الخطر فقط على العشوائيات وليس صادر من هذه العشوائيات على المجتمع المصرى كله ...
الخطر كل الخطر يكمن فى العشوائيات من الم
ظاهر التى ذكرتها سابقا واهمالها من قبل الدوله صحيا وتعليميا واجتماعيا وثقافيا
لقد كرم الله مصر وشعبها فى القران الكريم واوصى بها رسولنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وذكر ان فى مصر خير اجناد الارض
والتاريخ خير شاهد منذ عهد احمس قاهر الهكسوس ولقد تميز شعب مصر على مر العصور ببطولاته حتى اكتوبر 1973 وعجز عن ان يصل لابسط حقوقه فى مسكن ادمى ورعاية صحيه وتعليميه وثقافيه من صانعى القرار فى دواوين عموم الحكومات المصريه والمحافظات
ترى هل ان الاوان ان يستمع كل المحافظين والساده الوزراء الى صوت وضمير شعب مصر وان يعملوا جاهدين فى سبيل الوفاء بالقسم الذى اقسموه قبل تسلمهم مهام مناصبهم التى هى تكليف وليست تشريف من قبل السيد رئيس الجمهوريه لهم ويتذكروا ان هناك حساب يوم العرض على الله احكم الحاكمين سبحانه وتعالى؟؟؟؟؟
الخطر قادم يا ساده لامحاله ... خطر مرض الطاعون ... وخطر العشوائيات الذى يتمثل فى قنبله موقوته تهدد الاخلاقيات والسلوك العام بالمجتمع المصرى من بورسعيد للصعيد

حتى اليوم السابع من شهر اغسطس لم يصدر السيد محافظ بورسعيد تعليماته الى رئيس حى الضواحى او الطب الوقائى لمكافحة الفئران والحشرات التى تنتشر بعشوائيات زرزاره وابو عوف
عجبا لهذه الخصومه والموقف الذى اتخذه تجاه الغلابه فى بورسعيد

جوهرة مصر تتوجه الى الاعلامى الكبير عمرو الليثى على الجهود التى يبذلها فى سبيل خدمة السواد الاعظم من شعب مصر المحروسه
الرشوه حتى فى المستشقيات اضافة الى سوء الخدمه الطبيه ان وجدت اصلا ماذا يملك الفقراء من شعب مصر لمواجهة كل هذه الظواهر
التى تفشت فى مستشفيات الحكومه المصريه ..
اين مجانية التعليم وحقوق الانسان فى الرعايه الصحيه وحقوق السكن التى اهدرت لقاطنى العشوائيات فى محافظات مصر المحروسه
اين الاشراف الواجب من قبل وزارة الصحه والساده المحافظين على مستشفيات الوزاره التى لاتقل اهميه عن وزارة الدفاع فى اى من دول العالم ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
