بشأن أحداث مهاجمة أنصار وأفراد من جماعة تسمى "الإخوان المسلمين" للمعتصمين السلميين بمحيط قصر الاتحادية اعتراضًا علي قرارات السيد رئيس الجمهورية الصادرة في 22

حيث أنه كان معلومًا للجميع اعتصام عدد من المعترضين علي قرارات الرئيس اعتصامًا سلميًا منذ مساء يوم الثلاثاء الرابع من ديسمبر 2012 عقب عدد من المسيرات السلمية التي تناقلت وسائل الاعلام أخبارها وسجلت سلميتها. ثم دعت تلك الجماعة التي تسمى "الإخوان المسلمين" عبر عدد من قيادتها لفض هذا الاعتصام السلمي، وهي الدعوة المعلومة التي تداولتها وسائل الاعلام ونص عليها عدد غير قليل من تصريحات قيادات تلك الجماعة المسماة "الإخوان المسلمين"، مساء يوم 4 ديسمبر وصبيحة يوم 5 ديسمبر، وتناقلت وسائل الاعلام أخبار تحركات عناصرها من أماكن مختلفة بالبلاد.
وحيث أن تظاهر متظاهرين في مكان اعتصام فريق له مطالب مغايرة هو عمل احتكاكي يصنع فتنة؛ وقد صنعها بالفعل؛ بالمجتمع ويهدد سلمه وأمنه؛ وقد حدث ما شاهدتموه وشاهده العالم علي الهواء مباشرةً عبر شاشات التلفزيون، من مهاجمة هذه العناصر والأفراد المسلحين للمعتصمين السلميين العزل، مما خلق حالة من الذعر والهرج والمرج، وساد القتل والضرب والطعن، وروع المجتمع والآمنين، وفقد المجتمع سلمه وأمنه.
وبناءًا علي ما تقدم، فإني أطلب من سيادتكم الشروع فورًا في التحقيق مع المتسببين والمحرضين بالقول أو التصريح علي هذا الفعل المروع لأمن وسلامة المجتمع والوطن، واختص منهم من يوصف بأنه مرشد (رئيس) تلك الجماعة المسماة "الأخوان المسلمين"، والذي يدعى (محمد بديع)، ونائبه (خيرت الشاطر)، وكذلك نائب رئيس حزب الحرية والعدالة (عصام العريان) وأمين الحزب (محمد البلتاجي)، وكل من يثبت تورطه بالدعوة لمهاجمة المعتصمين السلميين العزل والشروع في قتلهم أو إصابتهم، وكذلك كل من روع أمن وسلامة المجتمع والوطن.

She then invited the group called "Muslim Brotherhood" through a number of leadership to resolve this peaceful sit, a call information circulated by the media as provided for quite a few remarks leaders of that group called "Muslim Brotherhood", the evening on December 4 and the morning of Dec. 5 , and picked up the news media moves elements from different places in the country.
As demonstrated demonstrators in place picket team with the demands of different is the work of frictional made sedition; been made already; society and threatens the safety and security; happened what you saw and saw the world live on television, from attacking these elements and armed personnel of the protestors peaceful isolation, which create a state of panic and hoopla, and there was murder, beating, stabbing, and appalled and unsuspecting community, and the loss of the safety and security of society.
Based on the foregoing, I ask you to proceed immediately to investigate the perpetrators and instigators of saying or statement on this action appalling to the security and safety of the community and the nation, and singled them is described as a guide (head) of the group called "Muslim Brotherhood", which is named (Mohamed Badie ), and his deputy (Shater), as well as vice president of Freedom and Justice party (Essam el-Erian) and the Secretary of the party (Mohamed El-Beltagy), and all of those involved to call for attacking the protesters peaceful isolation and attempted murder or wounding, as well as all the anxiety of the security and safety of the community and the nation.
